Physical products
You may return unused items in resalable condition within fourteen days of receipt under EU consumer rules, unless a hygiene exception applies. Contact us before shipping so we can provide the return address label where available.
Digital downloads
Once a PDF or similar file has been delivered and downloaded, withdrawal may be limited because supply began with your consent. If you did not access the file, notify us within the statutory window.
Damaged shipments
Photograph outer packaging and items, then email the images with your order reference. We will arrange replacement or refund when carriers confirm fault.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within reasonable banking timelines. Shipping costs follow applicable consumer law.
Workshops
Tickets for live sessions follow the date-specific terms emailed at purchase. Transfers to another participant may be possible if requested early.
